§ 123.02 PERMIT APPLICATION.
   Any person desiring to conduct or carry on any of the businesses mentioned in § 123.01 of this chapter shall file with the Council an application in writing, stating the name and address of the applicant, the proposed location, and the kind of business to be carried on.
