§ 123.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of a junk dealer or secondhand dealer or in the business of wrecking automobiles, motor vehicles, or motorcycles in the city without first securing a permit from the Council so to do and paying the license fees required by the provisions of this chapter.
