§ 152.40 CITATION AND AUTHORITY.
   This subchapter is enacted pursuant to the authority granted by Cal. Gov't Code Title 7, Division 2, Chapter 4.5, commencing with § 66498.1 (referred to in this chapter as the Vesting Tentative Map Statute) and may be cited as the Vesting Tentative Map Law.
