(a) Whenever, in the Sandusky County Park District Rules and Regulations, any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor, or whenever the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful, where no specific penalty is otherwise provided, whoever violates any such provision shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense and not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation continues or occurs.
(b) Parking violation fines shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) each (including handicapped) and shall be sent directly to the main office at the address in Section 101.09
(a).
(c) All fines collected shall be paid into the treasury of the Board.
