(a) No person shall remain, stop or park within the confines of any part of the park, including without limitation roadways and parking areas, between the hours of dark and 8:00 a.m. prevailing local time except in an emergency or with prior permit or at the White Star or Wolf Creek campgrounds or for the bike trail for transportation purposes only.
(b) No person shall remain, stop or park within the confines of any part of the park, including without limitation roadways and parking areas, which has been closed.
