175.01 EMPLOYEE HEALTH BENEFITS PLAN ADMINISTRATORS BOARD.
   (a)   Establishment; Members. There is hereby created an Employee Health Benefits Plan Administrators Board. It shall be composed of the President of the City Commission, City Manager, Finance Director and Law Director.
   (b)    Duties; Power and Authority. The Employee Health Benefits Plan (EHBP) Administrators Board shall have the power, authority and responsibility to implement and carry out the Plan in accordance with applicable law, ordinances and regulations, or to amend the Plan as required by various agreements, and when necessary to implement recommendations as submitted by the Employee Health Benefits Plan Insurance Risk Management Committee (EHBPIRMC) as provided for in Section 175.04, or as directed by the City Commission as provided for in Section 175.04 (Ord. 85-009.
