S 49 GENERAL LAWS TO APPLY.

All elections shall be conducted, and the results canvassed and certified, by the election authorities prescribed by the general election laws of Ohio, and except as otherwise provided by this Charter or by ordinances or resolutions of the City Commission hereafter enacted, the general election laws shall control in all such elections.
