1505.11 APPEALS.

Any person aggrieved by an order of the Fire Chief, or whenever the Fire Chief fails to approve a vacant Building Plan as required in Section 1505.07 and Section 1505.071 of this Chapter, the person may file an appeal with the Fire Prevention Board of Appeal in the manner and within the time limitations provided for in Section 1501.07 of the Fire Code. The decision of the Fire Prevention Board of Appeal shall be final.
