Any person, firm or corporation may appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals within ten days, regarding the following determinations by the Code Enforcement Official:
(a) Denial of granting a sign permit within thirty days of application.
(b) Removal of any sign for noncompliance with this chapter.
(c) Hear and decide appeals with petition for a variance.
The Boards review shall be limited to determining whether or not the Code Enforcement Official's decision is in accordance with the requirements of this chapter and either affirm or reverse his decision. Appeals shall be heard by the Board under the procedure set forth in Chapter 1111 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
