1365.04 DANGEROUS OR DEFECTIVE SIGNS OR BILLBOARDS PROHIBITED.

No person shall maintain or permit to be maintained on any premises owned or controlled by him or her any sign or billboard which is in a dangerous of defective condition. Any such sign or billboard shall be removed or repaired by the owner of the sign or the owner of the premises. (Ord. 94-082. Passed 6-13-94.)
