1365.01 DEFINITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS.

The definitions set forth in the Zoning Code as the same currently is constituted, or as the same hereafter may be amended and modified shall be applicable in the interpretation and enforcement of this chapter.

For the purposes of this chapter, "Code Enforcement Official" means that person or persons designated by the City Manager with the responsibility for the enforcement of this chapter.
