Any person, firm, corporation or association which violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree as defined under the relevant provision or provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, and shall be subject to the penalties provided for therein in relation to an offense of such degree, and each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any provision of this chapter is found to have been committed, continued or permitted shall constitute a separate violation which shall be punishable individually by a fine and/or imprisonment as such a violation.
