To the extent necessary to reasonably implement this chapter and the provisions thereof, and to the further extent that the same are subject to ascertainment and understanding through the exercise of due diligence, there are adopted by reference for the purpose of this chapter the provisions, portions, standards, guidelines and/or regulations of other codes or treatises specifically referred to in this chapter in the current form thereof, which are adopted and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten herein.
