(a) Required Size. The size of the building sewer shall be determined in accordance with the Ohio Plumbing Code.
(b) Installation. Building sewers shall be installed at a uniform slope of not less than one-fourth inch per foot and may be reduced to one-eighth inch per foot in accordance with the Ohio Plumbing Code toward the point of disposal and shall be laid on a firm bed of approved materials. Cleanouts shall be placed at the junction of the building drain and building sewer and at intervals not to exceed 100 feet in straight runs.
