(a) Mandatory Connection to Public Sewer. A permit shall not be issued for the installation, alteration or repair of a private sewage disposal system or part thereof where a connection with a public sewer is available.
(b) Mandatory Connection to a Sewage System. Plumbing fixtures and drainage piping shall be connected to a public sewer disposal system.
Building sewers shall conform to the requirements of this chapter and other related requirements of this Code.
(c) Prohibited Connections: Rain, surface or subsurface water (storm water) shall not be connected to or discharged into a sanitary sewer system.
