There are adopted by reference, for the purpose of this chapter, provisions and portions of a certain building code known as the "Residential Code of Ohio", which has been adopted by the City, one copy of which is on file with the office of the Department of Engineering, or the appropriate successor or amendment to the same, or the current edition thereof, set forth hereinbelow, adopted and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten herein:
(a) Section R307 as to space requirements for toilets, baths and showers;
(b) Section R308 as to Glazing;
(c) Section R309 as to Garages and Carports;
(d) Section R311 as to Means of Egress;
(e) Section R314 as to Foam Plastic;
(f) Section R315 as to Flame Spread and Smoke Density; and
(g) Section R316 as to Insulation.
