Every boathouse that contains living quarters shall have at least one habitable room which shall have not less than 150 square feet of floor area. Other habitable rooms shall have an area of not less than seventy square feet of floor area. Every kitchen shall have not less than fifty square feet of floor area.
Habitable rooms, except kitchens, shall be not less than seven feet in any horizontal dimension. (Ord. 92-070. Passed 6-8-92.)
