There are adopted by reference for the purpose of this chapter, the provisions and portions of a certain building code known as the "Residential Code of Ohio", which has been adopted by the City, one copy of which is on file in the Office of the Director of Engineering Services of the City, or the appropriate successor or amendment to the same, or current edition thereof, with the provisions and portions thereof set forth hereinbelow adopted and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten herein:
(a) Section 301.1 of the Residential Code of Ohio as to Design;
(b) Section 301.2 of the Residential Code of Ohio as to Climatic and Geographic Design Criteria;
(c) Section 301.4 of the Residential Code of Ohio as to Dead Load;
(d) Section 301.5 of the Residential Code of Ohio as to Live Load;
(e) Section 301.6 of the Residential Code of Ohio as to Roof Load; and
(f) Section 301.7 of the Residential Code of Ohio as to Deflection.
