1357.06 VIOLATIONS OF CODE.
   (a)   Unlawful Action. No person, firm or corporation whether as owner, lessee, sublessee or occupant to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, improve, remove, convert, demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any boathouse in the jurisdiction or cause or permit the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of this Code.
   (b)   Violations. It is hereby declared that any violation of this Code constitutes a public nuisance, and in addition to any other remedies provided by this Code for its enforcement, the City may bring civil suit to enjoin the violation of any provisions of this Code.
                    
   If for any reason any one or more sections, sentence clauses or parts of this Code are held invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remaining provisions.
   (c)   Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation which violates any of the provisions of this Code shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this Code is committed, continued or permitted, and such person, firm or corporation shall be punishable by a fine, or by imprisonment, or by both such fine and imprisonment as established by local applicable laws.
