The provisions of this Code apply to the construction prefabrication, renovation, alteration, repair, use, occupancy and maintenance of boatports and boathouses and their accessory structures.
Compliance with the requirements of this Code may be considered as prima facie evidence of compliance with the locally adopted code.
Where conflicts arise between referenced codes herein, the most restrictive code shall apply. (Ord. 92-070. Passed 6-8-92.)
