The regulations and standards relating to plumbing as set out in the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1976 edition, adopted by the International Association of Plumbing Mechanical Officials, shall be used to control such items as are not covered by sections of this Code or the Ohio Basic Building Code.
The regulations and standards relating to plumbing as accepted and regulated by Chapter 4101:3-1 to 3-13 Ohio Administrative Code and Chapter 29 (OAC 4101:1-29) and as determined by Chapter 4101:2-51 Ohio Administrative Code, shall be used to control such items as are not covered by sections of this chapter or the Ohio Building Code.
