(a) Any license provided for in this Plumbing Code may at any time be revoked or suspended for incompetency, fraudulent use thereof, or violation of this Plumbing Code, after a full and fair hearing by the Board of Examiners. After a revocation for any of these causes, no license shall be issued to the licensee for at least 6 months after the revocation, and his or her application shall be treated as an original application.
(b) Plumbers' licenses are not transferable from one person to another, and the lending of any license, or the obtaining of permits thereunder for any other person, shall be deemed cause for revocation.
