The initial fee for a journeyman plumber’s license shall be established by the Director of Engineering Services and approved by City Commission. A schedule of fees shall be kept on file in the office of the Department of Engineering Services. Application to renew a license filed after January 31 of any year shall be treated as an original application for a license, except that the Board of Examiners may waive examination.
