1353.05 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

The administrative authority shall carry proper credentials, and upon exhibiting them, shall have the right of entry, during usual business hours, to inspect any and all buildings and premises in the performance of duty. In case of emergency, the right of entry shall be at any time.
