This chapter as adopted and from time to time amended shall be known as the Plumbing Code, may be cited as such, and will be referred to in this chapter as "the Plumbing Code." The provisions of the Plumbing Code shall apply to all new construction, relocated buildings, and to any alterations, repairs, or reconstruction, except as provided otherwise in the Plumbing Code. It shall also apply in other cases clearly indicated by the wording in various sections of this Code.
