939.45 REMOVAL OF CROSS-CONNECTIONS UPON NOTICE.

All persons, firms, or corporations within the City having cross-connections between public and private water supplies shall remove same within 15 days after notice from the City Manager or City Engineer. (1980 Code 51.63)
