The Division of Water Distribution do not assure the applicant full volume, a fixed pressure, nor a continuous supply necessary to effectually operate the fire protection system, all being subject to all the variable conditions which may take place in the operation and maintenance of the mains, services, pumping station, reservoirs and other parts of the water system.
