   939.34 DETERIORATION OF PRIVATE SERVICE LINE.
   When a private service line is found to have deteriorated to the extent that permanent repairs cannot be made, a new service line will be required to be installed at the expense of the owner. Failure to do this upon notification will be deemed sufficient cause for discontinuing the supply of water to the premises without further notice.

   939.35 REPAIR OF LEAK BETWEEN CURB BOX AND METER.
   In the event that a leak occurs between the curb box and the meter, it shall be the duty of the property owner to repair same within a reasonable length of time. When the Division of Water Distribution discover the existence of a leak, the property owner will be notified and instructed to repair it. Failure to do so will be considered sufficient cause for turning off the water until the repairs have been made.

   939.36 SHUTTING OFF WATER WHEN NECESSARY.
   The Division of Water Distribution reserve the right to shut the water off in the mains in any district without notice whenever it is found to be necessary and no claims will be considered for damage of any nature whatsoever arising from this action.
