939.22 FURNISHING WATER METERS; REPAIR.

The Division of Water Distribution reserve the exclusive right to furnish all water meters to property owners and consumers. All meters shall be under absolute control of the Division of Water Distribution and shall be maintained by same against all ordinary wear without cost to the consumer.
