Water bills levied by or pursuant to this chapter that become delinquent as provided by the terms of these sections shall be made a lien upon the premises served and if not paid within 30 days may be certified to the Erie County Auditor who shall place the same on the tax duplicate of the County with interest and penalties allowed by law and to be collected as other taxes are collected.
