(a) The City Manager shall refuse to issue or renew an indoor firing range license or may revoke or suspend such license where he finds that:
(1) A section of this chapter was violated upon the establishment premises;
(2) A violation of any section of the Ohio Revised Code or a Sandusky City Code was committed upon the establishment premises, or by an employee on the premises;
(3) A material misrepresentation was made upon the application; or
(4) Any law enforcement officer or code inspector was refused permission to inspect the indoor firing range premises or any portion of its operation during the scheduled hours of operation.
(b) The issuance, renewal, denial, suspension or revocation of an indoor firing range license shall be made pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and the appeal of any such order shall be pursuant to the provisions of Section 723.12.
