Either the denial, suspension or revocation of a license by the City Manager may be appealed to the Planning Commission in writing within thirty days from the date of the denial, suspension or revocation. The appellant shall be afforded due process under the law on his/her appeal and the procedure to be followed will be according to the Administrative Appeals, Ohio R.C. Chapter 119. An appeals of a criminal conviction under this chapter resulting in a fine to the licensee shall be conducted pursuant to the Ohio Rules for Criminal Procedures.
