The City Manager may suspend or revoke the license for the violation of any of the provisions noted in Section 705.07 as well as a violation of any other City, State or federal laws. The City Manager may also suspend, revoke or deny the license where any one or more of the owners or the operator has been convicted within the last five years of any felony or of any misdemeanor involving the operation of an amusement device business, or involving physical violence, gambling activities, controlled substances, alcoholic beverages, minors or any crime involving moral turpitude.
