553.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 553.12 or 553.18 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (b)   Whoever violates a provision of this chapter or a rule adopted thereunder, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and for a second offense within one year shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
   (c)   Whoever violates Section 553.03 or 553.17, without causing injury to persons or damage to property, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (d)   Whoever violates Section 553.03 or 553.17, causing injury to persons or damage to property, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (e)   Whoever violates Sections 553.16, 553.19, 553.32(g) or 553.41 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (f)   Whoever violates Section 553.05 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (g)   Whoever violates Section 553.38 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be assessed any costs incurred by the County or Municipality in disposing of any abandoned junk vessel or outboard motor, less any money accruing to the County or Municipality for such disposal.
   (h)   Whoever violates Section 553.39 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and also shall be assessed any costs incurred by the City in the disposing of an abandoned junk vessel or outboard motor, less any money accruing to the City for such disposal.
