553.05 OPERATING UNDER INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS PROHIBITED.

No person who is under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs, opiates or drugs of abuse shall operate or be in physical control of any vessel underway on the waters of Lake Erie within the jurisdiction of the City including Sandusky Bay, its marinas, coves, channels or other tributaries.
