§ 150.18 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT; INSPECTIONS, ACCESS.
   (A)   Inspection of buildings and premises. The city’s Building Official shall enforce the provisions of this subchapter and is hereby authorized to make inspections of commercial and industrial buildings on a scheduled basis or when reason exists to believe that violation of this subchapter has been or is being committed.
   (B)   Inspector access. If any owner, occupant or other person in charge of a commercial or industrial building fails or refuses to permit the city’s Building Official to access and enter the structure or premises for an inspection pursuant to this subchapter, the city’s Building Official may seek a court order authorizing the inspection.
   (C)   Notice of violation. Whenever the city’s Building Official determines that any commercial or industrial building fails to meet the requirements set forth in this subchapter or Chapter 152 of this code of ordinances, the Building Official must issue a compliance order in the manner set forth in §§ 152.02 or 152.03 of this code of ordinances.
