§ 115.05 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person may own or operate a sexually oriented business within the city unless the person is currently licensed under this chapter.
   (B)   A license will not be granted for an adult establishment that is not in full compliance with this code, the city’s Zoning Ordinance, the Building Code, the Fire Code, the city’s health regulations and all provisions of state and federal law.
