§ 31.26 PLANNING COMMISSION.
   (A)   Policy and duties. The Planning Commission has those powers and duties assigned to it by M.S. §§ 462.351 to 462.364, (the Municipal Planning Act), as they may be amended from time to time, and by this code. The Planning Commission is designated the planning agency of the city in accordance with M.S. § 462.354, as it may be amended from time to time.
   (B)   Membership. The Planning Commission consists of five members, one Council member and four at-large members appointed by the City Council.
   (C)   Oath of office. Members of the Planning Commission must, before entering upon the discharge of their duties, take an oath as prescribed by law that they will faithfully discharge the duties of their office.
