(A) (1) Interments in lots are restricted to members of the immediate family of the lot owner. Permission in writing from a lot owner must accompany requests for permits to bury the bodies of persons not members of the lot owner. The permission may not be for remuneration. Excavations must be made under the direction of the sexton.
(2) Graves must be dug by the sexton, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given, and the outside dimensions of the cement grave box to be used and the location must be specified. Interment may not be made in the cemetery unless all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations regarding interments have been complied with and until the purchase price of the lot to be used, except as specified in § 93.08(B) of this chapter, and all burial fees are paid.
(B) Burials must be made with a cement grave box.
