10-2-7: PROCEDURES:
   A.   The completed application shall be submitted to the planning director.
   B.   The planning director shall endeavor to review the application within fifteen (15) days.
   C.   Notice of the application and an opportunity to comment within fifteen (15) days of mailing date shall be mailed to all adjacent property owners.
   D.   Written findings of facts shall be presented to the mayor, stating reasons for approval or denial.
   E.   The mayor shall endeavor to act on the application within thirty (30) days of reviewing findings, setting forth his reasons for approval or denial in a reasoned written statement.
   F.   If the application is not acted upon in sixty (60) days, an appeal may be made directly to the city council.
   G.   The approval or rejection of the final plat can be appealed by an affected person within ten (10) days to the city council. (Ord. 1157, 10-18-2006)
