9-4-1-1: PURPOSE:

The Single-Family Zone is intended to preserve land for housing and to provide housing opportunities for individual households. The zones implement the comprehensive plan policies and designations for single-family housing in the CA-2 areas identified in the 2009 comprehensive plan. (Ord. 1263, 12-29-2011)
