Editions of the following recognized codes, as currently adopted and amended by the State of Idaho, are adopted as the official building codes of the City of Sandpoint. These editions shall be effective January 1, 2021.

2018 International Residential Code, Parts I-IV and IX, including Appendix Q (Tiny Homes);
2018 International Existing Building Code;
2018 International Energy Conservation Code;
2018 International Mechanical Code;
