A person seeking a special event permit shall obtain an application form and file a completed application with the Special Event Coordinator on forms provided.
An application for a permit shall be filed with the Special Event Coordinator as soon as the applicant knows sufficient information to complete an application and at least twenty one (21) days and not more than one year before a special event is proposed to commence.
This chapter is subject to amendment or replacement at any time, and any application for a special event permit shall be issued pursuant to the ordinance in effect at the time of the application, but conduct during the special event shall be governed by standards legally required at the time the event occurs.
