6-6-2: SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT REQUIRED:
No person shall engage in, participate in, or conduct any "special event" as defined by this chapter unless a permit has been issued by the Special Event Coordinator for the date and location involved. The Special Event Permit Application, permit process and all other procedures required for a special event are in the Special Event Policy and Procedures adopted by City Council by resolution.
