6-5-6: HUMAN POWERED VEHICLE DEMONSTRATIONS:
Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the mayor and/or the city council from allowing bicycle, skateboard or other human powered vehicle exhibits or demonstrations at designated locations by prior approved permit. (Ord. 861, 5-16-1988)
