6-5-4: RIDING AT CITY PARKS PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, operate or cause to be operated any human powered vehicle at Jeff Jones Town Square or at any of the following areas at the city parks: the tennis courts, the basketball courts when posted, the picnic shelters, decks, docks, piers, stages, the sidewalks when posted, and the boat ramps.
