It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, operate, or cause to be operated any human powered vehicle on the sidewalks except to cross a sidewalk when entering or exiting an alleyway, a private drive or a crosswalk within the following described areas:
The south side of the sidewalk right of way on Alder to the south side of the sidewalk right of way on Pine;
From the west side of the sidewalk right of way on Fifth Avenue to the west edge of Sand Creek; and
The sidewalk of Bridge Street. (Ord. 861, 5-16-1988)
