6-5-1: DEFINITION:

A "human powered vehicle" is a bicycle, skateboard, roller skates, scooter or other toy vehicle operated by human power excluding perambulators or wheelchairs or other like vehicles being used by handicapped or infirm persons. (Ord. 861, 5-16-1988)
