6-4-10: PENALTY:

In addition to being subject to license revocation or suspension, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00). (Ord. 1161, 11-15-2006)
