Any parking violation that is unpaid or contested, or where more than three (3) violations occur in any one month, may be prosecuted as an infraction with a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Such penalty shall be in addition to any civil penalty imposed. (Ord. 1151, 6-21-2006)
